Together our world has faced and continues to face an enormous challenge. Everyone is facing unexpected and unprecedented uncertainty. We’d like to share with you how Helinox USA has been navigating these times.

Our Boise, Idaho-based distribution center is shipping orders and has the Center for Disease Control (CDC) protective measures in place to care for team members and customers.

At Helinox, our promise is to deliver comfort so you can be at home, anywhere – even in your own homes. Helinox is open for business.

We want to answer a few questions we’ve received:

• All online orders are being processed.

• We have a robust supply of chairs, tables, cots and accessories to ensure that when you go out—even now in a backyard or on an apartment balcony— you’ll do so in comfort.

• At the moment, our warranty and repair work is on-schedule (there could be future delays).
